Triple L ยท Information
Service Terms
Information about the professional services offered by Triple L. These terms describe general conditions; the signed proposal or engagement sets the specific scope, price and deliverables. Last updated: 22 September 2026.
Provider and engagement
Triple L is a trade name. The contracting provider is identified in the written proposal or engagement. Browsing this website, sending an inquiry or booking an appointment does not by itself create a professional representation or an obligation to take action on your case. An engagement begins only when the scope and terms have been confirmed in writing by both parties.
Legal services and attorney collaborators
The agency director is not a licensed attorney and does not personally provide legal advice or legal representation. Where the agreed work requires those services, they are provided by licensed attorney collaborators. Their role, scope and any applicable fees will be specified in the written proposal or engagement before such work begins. Immigration and administrative assistance or translation services do not by themselves constitute an attorney-client relationship.
Scope and excluded work
Only the tasks expressly listed in the accepted proposal or engagement are included. Related procedures, translations, government fees, tax filings, company or bank matters, appeals, renewals, travel, storage and third-party expenses are excluded unless expressly included. Additional work requires a separate written agreement and may carry additional fees.
Client cooperation
The client must provide accurate, complete and timely information and authentic documents, disclose prior refusals or material facts, review submissions when requested, attend appointments and meet deadlines, and pay agreed fees and disbursements. We may pause work when necessary information, authority or payment is missing, after reasonable notice where practicable. Consequences of inaccurate or withheld information remain subject to applicable law.
Decisions and timelines
Government bodies, consulates, banks and other third parties decide applications and set their own requirements and processing times. Triple L will perform agreed work with reasonable professional care but does not guarantee an approval, issuance date, bank account, visa, residency, citizenship or other third-party decision. Published timelines are estimates unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing.
Fees, payments and expenses
Prices, due dates, payment methods, cancellation terms and any refund arrangements are stated in the written proposal or engagement. Third-party charges and currency conversion costs are the client's responsibility unless expressly included. Card payment in person may be arranged subject to availability; online card checkout is currently unavailable. No payment card details should be sent by email, WhatsApp or the website contact form.
Consultations
A booked consultation covers the time and participants stated on the booking page and in the confirmation. Consultation fees, rescheduling and cancellation conditions must be communicated before payment or confirmation. A consultation does not include drafting, filing or ongoing representation unless separately agreed in writing.
Communication and confidentiality
We use reasonable discretion when handling client information. Email, messaging and video services involve third-party systems; clients should use the agreed channel for sensitive documents. We may disclose information where necessary to perform authorized work, comply with the law, or protect legal rights, subject to applicable professional duties.
Responsibility and disputes
Each party remains responsible for its own obligations under the written engagement and applicable law. Triple L is not responsible for independent decisions or delays of authorities or third parties beyond its control, except to the extent the law assigns responsibility to the service provider. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. These Service Terms and engagements for Triple L services are governed by the laws of the Republic of Paraguay. Disputes will be handled by the competent Paraguayan courts or authorities, without prejudice to mandatory rights or jurisdictional rules that apply by law.
Priority of written terms
If a signed engagement contains different terms for a particular service, that engagement governs its scope and commercial conditions, subject to mandatory law. Any material change to an active engagement must be agreed in writing.
